Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of SketchBrahma ATS ("service"), an internal business tool for SB and approved consultancy users.

1. Authorized use

Only approved users may access the service. You agree to use it solely for legitimate business and recruitment-related operations.

2. Account responsibility

• You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
• You must keep credentials secure and report unauthorized use promptly.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not upload or process unlawful or malicious content.

4. Data and integrations

The service may access authorized Google account data (such as Calendar and Gmail read-only scope where enabled) only to provide internal workflow features.

5. Service availability

We may modify, suspend, or improve features at any time for security, maintenance, and operational reasons.

6. Limitation

The service is provided for internal business use without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.
