This Privacy Policy describes how SketchBrahma ATS ("we", "our", "us") collects and uses information in our internal business tool used by SB and approved consultancy users.

This service is an internal business platform for recruitment, scheduling, and related workflow management for authorized users only.

2. Data we access

• Basic account information (such as email) for authentication and user identification.
• Google Calendar data required to create and manage interview events.
• Gmail read-only data only when enabled for resume fetch workflows.

3. How data is used

• To schedule interviews and send coordination details.
• To support ATS resume and candidate workflow operations.
• To maintain auditability, security, and service reliability.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with authorized internal stakeholders and approved consultancy users involved in the hiring process.

5. Data retention

We retain information only as long as needed for business, compliance, and operational purposes, or as required by law.
